Projects
These are the frameworks and products I’m building around one theme: human performance in the AI era. I’m focused on systems that are practical, verification-minded, and designed for real-world execution—not theory. Each project is a self-contained “operating system” with principles, workflows, and templates that get refined over time.
Across all three, the goal is the same: reduce friction, increase clarity, and raise output quality—whether the work is legal drafting, high-stakes communication, or recovery habits that actually stick.
The Blackletter Protocol
The litigator’s system for high-velocity AI drafting. The Blackletter Protocol is built for legal professionals who want to move faster without trusting AI blindly. The central problem it solves is the biggest fear lawyers have about AI: hallucinations—fake cases, wrong holdings, and invented pin cites.
This project teaches a workflow that treats AI like a supervised associate: it can generate structure and language quickly, but nothing “counts” until it’s verified. The result is faster drafting, cleaner organization, and a repeatable process that protects credibility.
What it includes: verification-first research workflows, drafting templates, checklists, and a structured method for turning research into persuasive motions.
Cognitive Command
A brain-aligned approach to slide design. Cognitive Command explains why most presentations fail: slides are often treated like documents, overloaded with text, and misaligned with how attention and working memory actually function.
This project focuses on simple design rules that scale: clearer headlines, tighter hierarchy, visual evidence that supports the point, and pacing that keeps the audience with you. It’s built for anyone who presents—executives, founders, educators, lawyers, sales teams—because the underlying problem is universal: cognitive overload kills retention and persuasion.
What it includes: slide frameworks, before/after examples, design rules, and templates that make “good” repeatable.
Thermal Rejuvenation
Decision-grade guides for recovery systems that get used. Thermal Rejuvenation is about building cold plunge + sauna routines in a way that’s sustainable—not just aspirational. Most setups fail for predictable reasons: they’re unreliable, hard to maintain, unclear on sanitation, or they create visual clutter that makes people stop using them.
This project emphasizes practical purchasing and setup decisions: reliability, maintenance clarity, clean aesthetics, and low-friction routines that fit real homes and schedules.
What it includes: buyer’s guides, setup frameworks, maintenance questions to ask before you buy, and routines designed for consistency.
The Black Letter Protocol
The Litigator’s System for High-Velocity AI Drafting. A 4-step framework to harness AI for writing persuasive, hallucination-free motions in half the time.
Cognitive Command
The Science of Why PowerPoint Presentations Fail. (And How to Fix Them).

Thermal Rejuvenation
